Mel Honess
Heading up Fleetlands Girls FC and the Programme, is Head Coach Mel Honess.
Mel has a wealth of women's football experience, having played for the Navy, Mel currently manages a mixed Fleetlands U11s side.
Mel will be working under the guidance and leadership of Steve Ellis, Reserve Team manager & Head of Youth Development at Fleetlands, Steve has been at Fleetlands since the start of the Youth, being the main contributor to building what the Youth is today. Steve has a wealth of experience in #development football, starting in 2016 forming The Gosport Football School, coaching #foundation level football is something that Steve is very passionate about.
