With Women's football making head way we are delighted to announce our all Girls coaching group within the FDC. For a number of years we have had girls coaching within our regular groups, but from the 24/25 season we have dedicated group just for girls.

Joining us as Lead Women's development coach is Mel Honess, Mel joins Fleetlands & the FDC with a vast amount of experience in football, she has been playing football from a young age and has represented the Royal Navy. 

Mel is focused in delivering & developing all children to play football, and coaches a mixed U11 team for Fleetlands. Her sessions are perfect for girls starting their football journey or looking for additional football coaching.
